At Immortal Haus, we take great care in crafting and packaging our luxury candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your candle arrives damaged during shipment, we're here to help.
Damaged Items:
If your candle is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hello@immortalhaus.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns for Other Reasons:
As each Immortal Haus candle is meticulously hand-poured and blended with premium fragrances, we're committed to delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. At this time, we kindly ask for your understanding that we're unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage during shipment. We appreciate your support as we continue to grow our brand.
